It has been our experience that every case is unique and that the only method to establish fees is an agreed price between clients and our lawyer, Takanori Goto. Usually, we charge our clients on an hourly basis, as we believe this is the clearest way to show we are not wasting your trust. Other cases may be handled by charging contigency fees, normally when clients stand for trials.
